Very pathetic management. I booked the appointment as instructed over the phone, but even after visiting there, I was made to meet Mr. Raj Kiran Tiwary, who behaves as if he is no less than a doctor himself. He has no manners while talking to patients. They do not even send patients to the doctor according to their turn/number. Very disappointing experience.
